“Why do we have to think about a special form of rent control to counteract the effects of climate change?”

Climate change is going to cause demand to spike in certain areas and cause rents to skyrocket. To counteract this, legislators will have to implement rent control policies that take into account how climate change might affect this. One example could be strengthening rent control laws in higher-ground parts of Miami so things can get better. This is why Climate Rent Control is so important.
