“How can climate change spur new rent control laws?”
Climate change is undoubtedly going to impact rent prices, making rent control even more necessary. However, this can lead to a new push to establish rent control on prices, particularly those that are in response to climate change. Community organizations and policymakers need to come together to establish Climate Rent Control.
