Municipal Water Recycling Penetration

“How can we measure how much some communities recycle their water?”
Water is one of the building blocks of life on this planet. For this reason, people have been starting to look at how to recycle and reuse their water more effectively. However, some places have been doing it more effectively than others. For this reason, we can try to measure and compare by looking at the Municipal Water Recycling Penetration, or percentage of water that is reused by a municipality.
