As of writing the Russian State is bombing Ukrainian civilian energy infrastructure. Because Ukraine’s systems rely on an antiquated Soviet setup, repairing this is incredibly difficult. This means that Ukrainians will be left without heat this coming winter. The situation is becoming so dire that government officials are recommending people leave the country if their area is too hard hit.
