“Why do we need to have woman-centric climate finance?”
Climate change is going to exacerbate the existing sexist world order. Women will be expected to take care of children during disasters, will be stripped of work during economic downturns first, and will be deprived of leadership opportunities by the patriarchy. To remedy this, we must develop Women-Centric Climate Finance that funds work by women for women.
