“Why may we have to give extra disaster reparations to communities?”
Disasters happen all the time. However, many frontline communities have been placed in more perilous areas due to structural oppression. Because of this, when disasters do occur, extra reparations may have to be given since the people were forced into living in such dangerous places. This is why Disaster Reparations are so important.
