“How can we make innovation zones for climate adaptation?”
Municipal governments have made designated research industrial parks to concentrate high-tech companies and spur innovation. The same can be done with climate adaptation organizations in Climate Adaptation Innovation Zones. All that is needed is funding and space for these organizations as well as the talent demand.
