“How can we retrofit a normal house into a passive house?”

Passive houses are amazing. They offer amazing comfort while putting little strain on the environment. However, very few homes are built to this standard. Many people are probably interested in turning their homes into a Passive House to obtain this standard of living. So how can we accomplish this? Well, if we do some work restructuring the insulation, building envelope, windows, and electrical/heating systems, we can turn a home into a passive house standard. Passive House Retrofits can increase residents’ quality of life while lowering their ecological footprint.
