“How can the federal government fund resilience towns?”
Resilience-focused towns are going to become more and more popular with the advent of climate change. However, they may need funding to get started. But national governments can use Federal Resilience Town Funding to construct these towns. An added benefit of this is that the federal government can stipulate any town that receives its funds must ensure desegregation.
