“Why do the floods in Pakistan show the uneven balance of climate impacts on the Global South?”

But Pakistan is only one of many instances of how disproportionate climate impacts will be on the Global South and why the Global North has to take an internal reckoning. This is Why the Floods in Pakistan Show the Uneven Balance of Climate Impacts on the Global South.
