Refugees who are forced to flee due to disasters or war often time find themselves unemployed. And when they are finally able to return to their homes, they find everything in ruins. One way to solve both of these problems is to employ returning refugees in rebuilding efforts in their home areas. This way the refugees receive employment, their homes get rebuilt, and the local community can give input on how to return things the way they were.
