“Why would refugee-designated affordable housing be so advantageous?”

Refugees need housing, and climate change is only going to make this issue more pressing. One solution to this would be to create Refugee-Designated Affordable Housing, in which refugees have guaranteed affordable housing. This would go well with policies that increase the amount of refugees let into a country.
