Climate adaptation is already becoming one of the most important topics on the planet right now. Everyone is discussing how to approach it, whether it be from using top-down engineering techniques to build sea walls to designing landscapes to accommodate wildfires. However, the only way to make sure that climate adaptation is a success is by inviting people from all backgrounds and disciplines to contribute their knowledge and expertise (with just compensation!).
