“What is the smallest form of life?”

 

Life comes in all shapes and sizes, whether it be parasitic fungi, humpback whales, or even simple spore based plants. However, what is the smallest form of life possible? Well, after many long years of investigation, Biologists have been able to discover life-forms known as microorganisms. Microorganisms are organisms that are so small that they have to be seen with a microscope! Microorganisms can be single or multi-celled and are found everywhere, from the depths of outer space to extremophiles in the Mariana Trench
