“Why is affirmative action beneficial for climate adaptation education?”
Climate adaptation is often best when practiced by the groups it affects the most. These groups tend to be from marginalized and underrepresented communities. In an educational setting, these people can share their insights with the greater class and improve their ability to help their communities. So logically speaking, it’s better to increase the number of people from underrepresented backgrounds in climate adaptation programs. One of the most effective ways to accomplish this is to use affirmative action programs. This is Why Affirmative Action is Beneficial for Climate Adaptation Education.
